Dr. Blodgett received his
M.D. from the University of New Mexico School of Medicine in
Albuquerque in 1980. He finished a family
practice residency at the Oklahoma University Tulsa Medical College
in 1983.
He has been Board Certified in Family Practice since 1983. He spent 9 years in full time family practice in New Mexico, followed by 6 years of full time Emergency Medicine. From 1998 to 2000, he taught Family Medicine at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas.
He moved to California and opened a solo family practice with emphasis on alternative therapies in April 2001. He loves the mountains and hikes and climbs frequently.
Dr. Blodgett lives in Coarsegold California and spends his spare time hiking, mountain climbing, meditating, reading and hanging out with his wife and friends.
